about what it indicates to really getting stuff required for order to create an
easy forward momentum.

Together we are going to:

  • Explore a personal productivity program, specifically tailored for you
  • Understand how focusing on your self, ultimately helps everyone else
  • Do a critical deep-dive on how you are using your time (and how you could be doing it a lot more effectively)
  • Analyze the words and behavior which are self-sabotaging
  • Closely examine the human relationships in your life that are either keeping you back or keeping you up, and the sense of guilt that accompanies them
  • Learn how to outsource and prevent burnout
  • Develop a self-care plan that helps refuel and brings meaning

By understanding new and innovative methods to access and step into our own personal power, we
can come away with a fuller feeling of who we are, what we should want and just how to
have it, without the exhaustion or the sense of guilt.
