Kids are whirlwinds of one’s, but even little ones require downtime. Plus, children tend to be not immune to anxiety disorders. This driven lifestyles with activities chock-full of structured routines can leave tiny thoughts frazzled.  

How can you help your child to unwind? It’s critical to teach these to self-soothe so that they develop healthful coping mechanisms as grown ups.
